Standard Used Auto Part Return and Exchange Policy 2018

 

 

Parts Sales (excluding tires)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for exchange or for a store credit within thirty (30) days of the original purchase with the original receipt. The item returned must be the original item purchased, marked with the original Circus Auto Parts marking and not disassembled.

Used Tires

We have visually inspected the used tires for visible noticeable signs of damage or defect only. Buyer acknowledges that any defects or damage with regard to a used tire may not be apparent by visual inspection. By purchasing used tires from Circus Auto Parts, the buyer agrees to have the used tires further inspected and installed by a professional tire installer. Tires may be exchanged for replacement only if the tires have not been mounted on a rim and driven on. Tires may be returned within three (3) days from date of purchase.

• Circus Auto Parts does not know the history (including repairs made) or prior use of any tires sold.
• Circus Auto Parts visually examine a tire solely for the purpose of determining tread depth and any sign of visual damage.
• All tires listed for sale are “USED AND AS IS “
• To verify a tire condition for use a professional installer MUST inspect any tires prior to mounting on a wheel and on your vehicle.

Core Deposit Refund Policy

If you paid a Core Deposit when you purchased your part, we will provide a refund, in the same way you originally paid, up to thirty (30) days from the original core deposit date as long as the original core item is returned.

Limited Remedy, Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Damages:

All sales of parts and tires are sold "AS IS".

THIS POLICY IS THE LIMITED AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY AND ALL SALES. CIRCUS AUTO PARTS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WRITTEN OR VERBAL WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE BUYER, AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS WHATSOEVER REGARDING THE USED PART(S) PURCHASED AND/OR THEIR SUITABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR APPLICATION. ALL CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.

Any part may be exchanged, or returned for the purchase price plus sales tax, during the same business day.

Exchange or Store Credit

Any parts may be exchanged for the same part or for store credit for a period of 30 days from the original sale. Store credit is good for 90 days from the date issued.

Parts purchased with store credit may not be returned for CASH
