  • CIRCUS PREMIUM 365 DAY WARRANTY is available on any used auto part you purchase.
  • CIRCUS PREMIUM 365 DAY WARRANTY protects your used auto part for 365 days from date of purchase.
  • To purchase the CIRCUS PREMIUM 365 DAY WARRANTY, add 30% to the list price of your used part at the time of checkout.
  • Circus Auto Parts will exchange the part during the 365 day warranty period. Used parts disassembled after purchase cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
  • CIRCUS PREMIUM 365 DAY WARRANTY covers Part Replacement only No other cost, fees or expenses are covered.
  • If a replacement part cannot be fulfilled under the CIRCUS PREMIUM 365 DAY WARRANTY 365, a Store Credit will be issued for the original purchase price.

  • How long is the warranty period?  CIRCUS PREMIUM 365 DAY WARRANTY protects your used auto part for 365 days from the original date of purchase.
  • What Will Circus Auto Part Do?  Circus Auto Parts will provide an equal exchange of the returned used auto part. If a used replacement part is not available we will issue a store credit for the purchase price of the covered part.
  • What is Not Covered?  Batteries and tires are not covered by the CIRCUS PREMIUM 365 DAY WARRANTY. Parts disassembled after purchase are not covered for exchange or return. Any and all Labor, fees, expenses, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.
  • How Do I Use the CIRCUS PREMIUM 365 DAY WARRANTY? To be eligible for service under this warranty the used auto part must be: marked with the original Circus Auto Parts ID mark (and stamped when applicable) and engine or transmission part return must match the manufacturer serial number recorded, be within the warranty 365 day warranty period, and presented with the Original Receipt.
  • Who Does This Warranty Cover? The original purchaser is covered. The CIRCUS PREMIUM 365 DAY WARRANTY is not transferable.
